Will I have to spend $000's on equipment to implement the system?
There is a lot of “nice to haves” out there when it comes to cycling. All you need is a simple heart rate monitor and you are ready to implement this system.
Will I not burnout after mid season from the high intensity?
Not at all. This notion of burning out from including intensity is an antiquated notion. Research has shown that it is optimal to include intensity in your training year round, and that there is no risk of burnout once managed correctly.
What happens after the 4 months are over ?
After the 4 months are over, you have the option to continue on with your coach for the rest of the season, or to end your coaching. It’s entirely up to you.
Will I understand how to follow the plan?
Yes you will. Your coach will prescribe your workouts with an intuitive easy to understand description, all you have to do is follow the instructions, and your coach will take care of the numbers and everything else!
How do I access the training?
Your training will be accessed from the our integrated Today’s Plan software. Todays Plan is the service we use to plan and monitor our athletes training. Your coach will put your workouts up on the site, and they will be available for you to view daily, if for some reason you can’t access Today’s Plan you are also emailed your sessions daily.
